Documento impresso sobre pergaminho e iluminado com belas cercaduras decorativas com motivos vegetalistas; e medalhões iluminados no topo com o Sacramento; o Papa; o Arcanjo S. Miguel; e ladeado com os medalhões iluminados com as armas pontifícias (do Papa Paulo V, nascido Camillo Borghese 1552-1621), e as armas do Rei de Portugal. No pé do documento encontra-se a furação onde originalmente se encontrava o selo do Papa, ou dito Selo do Pescador.

A Papal Bull is a particular type of letters patent or charter issued by a Pope of the Catholic Church. Document printed on parchment and illuminated with beautiful decorative patterns with floral motifs; and bright medallions on top with the Sacramento; the Pope; the Archangel Michael; and flanked with illuminated medallions with the pontifical armorial plate (of Pope Paul V, born Camillo Borghese 1552-1621), and the arms of the King of Portugal. At the bottom of the document there is a hole where originally was hanging the Pope's seal.
