Ilustrado com um belo frontispício arquitectónico gravado com um escudo com as armas reais portuguesas; a marca do impressor gravada em página inteira no verso do último fólio (representando o dragão real protegendo o nome do impressor e ladeado de motos impressos no exterior dos quadrilongos tipográficos); e duas capitulares xilograficas decorativas.

Obra com o elogio do rei de Portugal D. João III, da autoria seu médico pessoal, um português de origem judaica.

Magnifica impressão em caracteres góticos saída dos prelos do famoso impressor lisbonense Luís Rodrigues.

Exemplar com ex-libris oleográficos do Rei D. Carlos I de Portugal (acima do título na folha de rosto; à cabeça da folha de rosto; e nas páginas interiores).

Illustrated with a beautiful architectural frontispiece engraved with the shield of the Portuguese Royal coat-of-arms, the printer’s divice on the reverse of the last folio (representing the royal dragon protecting the name of the printer and flanked with mottoes printed on the outside of typographical frames): and 2 decorative woodcut capital letters.

Work with the history and appraisal of the King of Portugal John III (1502-1557), authored by his personal physician, a Portuguese of Jewish background.
